Need to switch on synch from local address book to mail db

From the local address book (contacts): More > Preferences > Enable Synchronize Contacts on the replicator. Then from the replicator bar - make sure you enable the "Synchronize Contacts" option.

This will then synch your contacts to your mail file, making them available via web mail.
